Buying a
home is a very big deal, and so many people do not understand
the process completely when they begin their search. Wright Sherburne
Realty believes in educating our clients to make sure that they
have a positive buying experience.
Use our Property
Locator to get an idea of what types of homes are available.
Contact a
mortgage loan officer to get pre-approved.
Set up an
appointment with a Wright Sherburne Realtor®
to start looking at properties in your price range. Utilize the
experience of our Realtors® to help you find your new home.
After you
have found the home of your dreams, you will need to make an offer.
Making an offer involves the completion of a Purchase Agreement
and you will be required to give the seller earnest money to show
you are committed to purchasing the property. If the seller accepts
your offer you will need to set a closing date and an inspection
date.
Get in contact
with your Mortgage loan officer to inform he/she that you have
an accepted purchase agreement. Your loan officer will begin their
process. This involves setting up the appraisal, preparing the
title, locking in your interest rate. You will then be contacted
by the title company, they will notify you of the time and date
of your closing and what items you will need to bring. Congratulations,
you are now a homeowner!
